in the very midst
of the next revolution
we will know what's wrong.....

I seem to have this thing about balancing my sleep out....

Got up early... I love getting up early when I have to do it, as long as I don't have to do it on a regular basis, heh.

Lightning and thunder and heavy rain... really cool.

Tyler said that there was hail earlier... he sleeps upstairs and it woke him up before it started... sleeping downstairs has its' advantages.

And disadvantages, of course.

So we do to his doc's appointment on time... we drove during a brief period of light rain... and shortly after we got to the car to come home it was a downpour again.

But by the time we got home, it had pretty much stopped, lucky us didn't have to get wet!

We did make a stop on the way home, though... Sonic for breakfast. And I had the damnedest time ordering... I couldn't understand half of what the woman on the other end said and evidently she couldn't understand me... eventually we wound up with tater tots that we didn't want... I got tired of explaining it to her in vain.

We got home, ate and I went to bed. And slept until 15:00.

My brother's book came out today... The Wolf in the Parlor by Jon Franklin and it's got some excellent reviews. All of you dog lovers need to read this one!

I had pre-ordered mine, and it got here today... I've had time to take it out of the package and read a few random pages, but I'm going to reserve a block of time to set down and read it through.

Jean made an excellent supper tonight with zucchini and chicken, and then we went out to Orchelin's to get dog and cat food... and they were closed. So we went to Dillon's and got more than we'd planned, naturally.

Got home, did some internet, took care of animals... and it's bedtime again.

Days need to be longer.

Lives need to be longer.
