So, a typo in yesterday's haiku sorta changed the meaning, so I corrected it for today. Not a bad day at work... in fact, I left at 14:00 when, once again, we ran out of patients. And I'm on call now until Sunday morning... and really on call until Tuesday AM, since the tech on call can't do drains or BXs. I'm just really, really getting sick from watching the news. I've spent a lot of tears so far, and it's far, far from over. I've read lots of opinions tonight, about the situation in NO and the present administration's failings. What seems to irk people more than anything else... the pres in Crawford two days after the citizens in NO started dying. And the pres looting our resources on a far-away, and to him a very personal, war. And giving tax breaks to his friends, the very rich. And the list goes on... and on... and on....
