Something different this time, though.

A co-worker made a major goof on the computer system... on my sign-on.

Have we been through this before?

Yes, we have. (I should put a link in here, but I'm lazy.... and tired)

Almost got fired that time.

And right now... it's pretty much up in the air.

And the co-worker? Maintains his cluelessness.

And it's not a fake, not a front.

The mistake was made right before I was supposed to go to a mandatory meeting, otherwise I would have figgered it out.

But, with no time, I told my co-workers to call the system manager if they didn't have it figgered out in ten minutes.

And they couldn't, and then they did, and since it was a HIPPA violation, it had to be reported.

As a consequence, they are going to beef up the security on the computers. Which is what I asked them to do three months ago.

And you know what?

I'm really pissed.

At my co-worker, for one, of course.

And at the system manager... and everyone up the line.

And mostly at myself, of course.

OK, done with that.

Karen took the truck today and got the oil changed, etc. And after work, I picked up the acoustic guitar. They did a good job on it, especially for $20.#

I went over to pick up Mom for supper, but I didn't get to spend much time with her, I'm afraid....

And then Jody came by about 18:00 and we had a good session guitar-wise and otherwise. He's a really neat guy, besides being a good guitar player and performer.

Right now I've got so much guitar stuff in my head... but it won't translate to my fingers, dammit.

And, O'yeah, I still love my guitar. And Jody was impressed by it too, I think.

And it's late, and I'm tired, and my legs hurt... heh, so what's new?
