Well, it seems that yesterday's workout was too much for my knee, it's going back on the "disabled" list until further notice. The rest of my body seems to have fared pretty well, though. I did stretch the knee a bit exercising, though, and I do hope that's all it is. It didn't hurt any while I was exercising, only later. I didn't really notice it until I got into bed, but it wasn't that bad. Getting up this morning, though, was something else... Anyway, we won't exercise again until tomorrow, and there is plenty of stuff that I can do that doesn't require stretching the knee joints. Today has been kinda wasted. Hot outside, and pretty pleasant inside. Besides music stuff, I've been going through the Snopes Urban Legends site. Lotsa amusing stuff there, and that's what I'm all about, after all... being amused. Karen want over to Lawrence today to get Brian, and she came back with both Brian and Drew. Then they all went off somewhere, then I got a call for Karen: she'd left her wallet at Rosa's, a mexican restaurant clear across town. When she got home, she didn't remember even getting her wallet out for a while. I'm starting to worry about her memory... she's lost her camera and her phone within the last coupla months, and now her wallet. I need to figger out some way of helping her remember stuff. So anyway, I was sitting here this afternoon and my teeth fell out. Well, not my *real* teeth, but the temporary crown/partial/ whatever that spans three teeth. Pretty ugly it is, too, but you can see that for yourselves, heh. I know, TMI. And of course, I won't be able to get it fixed until Monday at the very earliest. And yeah, I have been careful with it. However, I do suffer with bruxism, which could be, and probably is, the source of all of my dental problems. Or not. I have let the hours creep by here, and now it's definitely time for bed. Pretty early, for a Saturday night...
