I finished my October Essay, and I'm sorry that I lied to you. It'll (probably) never happen again!

Karen has not recovered from what-ever-it-is that we have, she went to bed early last night. Not me, though. We were both unhappy to see the Chiefs lose, it will be really good to see the Dallas Cowboys lose tonight. Bad football weekend... KU lost, Notre Dame lost, Washburn lost, Chiefs lost... the only redemption will be Dallas losing.

I need to get up early tomorrow, no matter what. They're turning on the electricity at the rental house "sometime in the morning" and I have to be there. The gas is still on, so I don't quite understand it, but I'll be there anyway.

Well, I was there for a while. However, having been up all night, I didn't last too long. The amount of work that needs to be done is just overwhelming. This renter really trashed the place. And stole everything she could get, including a wood stove and a porch swing. I just wish the place would burn down and I could get on with my life; I never wanted to be a landlord, and I'm not any good at it.

Oops! Actually, if the place would burn down now after I said that, they would put me in jail, We wouldn't want that, now, would we. Lips sealed, everybody...

I've got to go to bed now, and get some sleep. It's been about 23 hours now, and I'm starting to get really, really tired.

...But not much more. When Karen got sick this weekend, I thought that she had what I had Thursday, only worse. Wrong! Now I have what she has... she's not really recovered yet, but she worked today anyway. Shortly after I went to bed, I had to get up with diarrhea, and I've stayed really close to the bathroom ever since then. I did manage to get in a few hours of sleep, but I feel like I really need a bunch more... don't I always, though! Running a temp with chills occasionally, we don't have an accurate thermometer now but I feel like around 102 or somewhere in there. Pretty shitty. So this is going to be very short, like, this is the end right here!
